Over the past six years, I’ve carved out a career I genuinely love — one that sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and human connection. ✨ Most recently, I was a Customer Success Advocate at Tempo, where I worked closely with our community to ensure every customer felt supported and set up to thrive. Whether refining onboarding experiences or helping someone navigate the app for the first time, I focused on creating moments that matter and building lasting relationships. Alongside my full-time role, I’ve continued freelancing in marketing and communications — most recently partnering with FLINT to shape their social media strategy and define their tone of voice, as well as working with brands like Twominds Festival to bring their creative visions to life through content and comms. Earlier in my career, I was deep in content, social media, and strategy — leading PR initiatives, launching lead-gen campaigns, and crafting content that actually resonates (not just fills a feed). I’ve worked across B2B and B2C, freelance and in-house, switching gears between internal comms, change management, stakeholder engagement, events, and good old-fashioned copywriting. At my core, I’m a communicator who believes in the power of clear, creative messaging — and using communication to build real, lasting relationships.
