• Manage a team of Coordinators and Sourcers, ensuring efficient coordination, candidate experience and sourcing of top-tier talent • Serve as a technical leader for the recruiting team, providing guidance and expertise in the S&M, G&A and Operations business units. • Responsible for the onboarding process for new employees in Israel
Supporting the hiring process for Hardware, Operations, IT, IS, Sales, and Marketing groups. * Being the main contact point for the supported departments for all hiring issues, instructing advising, and consulting to managers on the hiring process. * Working in cooperation with Staffing team members and other HR functionaries.
Supporting the hiring process end-to-end including defining the needed profile, managing the process, full responsibility for sourcing efforts (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Being the main contact point for the supported departments for all hiring issues, instructing advising, and consulting to managers on the hiring process.
• Recruitment for a variety of positions: Engineering, systems analysts, project managers, QA and more. • Responsible for sourcing using social media to head-hunt passive candidates. • Conducting interviews.
