As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, working within the Technical division, I take a consultancy‑led, people‑first approach to matching talent with opportunity. Since joining Rubicon, I’ve combined my experience in hospitality recruitment with the strong interpersonal skills I developed earlier in my career as a Sports Therapist, enabling me to thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment. My role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to building client relationships, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers and onboarding. Through a consultative approach, I work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure recruitment solutions are well matched, effective, and sustainable. I’m passionate about building genuine, long‑term relationships that create positive outcomes for everyone involved. As part of an employee‑owned business, I’m motivated by shared success and take pride in contributing to Rubicon’s continued growth and reputation as a trusted recruitment partner. With the support of Rubicon, I continue to develop my recruitment expertise while driving success for my team, clients, and candidates.
