As the SVP and GM of Fintech at HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), I built and scaled HTS’s Fintech business from the ground up. I lead a cross-functional organization focused on delivering high-performing flexibility solutions to airlines, hotels, financial institutions, and travel providers worldwide. Our flagship products, including Cancel for Any Reason and Disruption Assistance for Any Reason, set the industry standard for customer experience by delivering instant, no-questions-asked resolutions that drive both customer satisfaction and long-term partner loyalty. Today, our products are available in more than 180 countries. Fintech accounts for 50% of HTS’s profit and continues to be the company’s fastest-growing business. Many of our partners have seen category revenue increase by as much as 85%, while our 98% self-service automation rate significantly reduces operational complexity, both key metrics in our industry. Before taking on my current role, I served as VP of Data Science at Hopper, where I tripled the size of the data science team, built a data-driven culture across the organization, and spearheaded Hopper’s AI and machine learning initiatives.
