I Started working here in 2015 as a waitress, over the years i spent lots of time working with an amazing Team and Company, i learnt lot about business and how enjoyable a job really can be, after about 2 years i was promoted to a supervisor of my my site, i was in charge of the day to day running of the floor as well as took part in marketing areas. I worked across all sites (8 of them) which meant i had to be flexible in my skills and time management, as well as build up a relationship with staff all across the company.
This was my first job working on a contract basis, i had just left school in south Africa and headed to the Alps for a Ski season, each day i work upwards from 10 hours from the early morning until late at night, i would set up and serve breakfast to out guests, clean bedrooms and communal areas, in the evening we would welcome guests to dinner and serve, this job required me to be very friendly, organised, motivated, and manage my free time very well, as we only got a few hours free in the day to do what we wanted. This job taught me the value of hard work and team work, it was so nice to work with a team so closely, we would work and live together, this job prepared me very well for my future working.
