- supporting 1 Vice President and 3 Senior Directors, and a team of 40 engineers - calendar management, complex business trips with visa applications - organize various events over the year from small high level management reviews to large 2-day off-site events with the entire organization - track budget spending, specifically on business travel - create/maintain Team Channels and Sharepoints - embarked on AI applications - managing personnel data - coach/supervise new talent
- Prepare yearly budget allocation for different departments - Analyze and report on headcount, budget actuals and budget predictions (monthly) - Lead monthly/quarterly reviews with higher management - Submit purchase orders and track spending/invoice payment - Educate internal partners on budget regulations and work processes
- Regional owner for several health & safety program systems (e.g. safety behavior, incident reporting) - Regional enzyme hygiene coordinator - Regional training coordinator for health, safety and environmental trainings
