About

I am a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience caring for patients in a level IV NICU. In my current role as NNP Manager and Fellowship Director at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, I combine hands-on clinical care with leadership. I mentor nurse practitioner students, oversee staffing for a high-acuity unit, and direct a fellowship program that prepares the next generation of neonatal nurse practitioners. What drives me is the chance to make a difference for both patients and providers. I love supporting families during some of their most difficult moments while also mentoring future practitioners as they grow in skill and confidence. My goal has always been the same: to deliver excellent care at the bedside and to create a safe and supportive environment where teams can thrive together.
