Currently specializing in technical education and work-based learning and always exploring and experimenting in how humans master new skills.
Collaborate to create high-quality learning content and experiences and integrate AI across technical documentation, self-paced learning, higher education programs and learning platform partnerships, and book publishing at MongoDB. Work with education, engineering, design, and product teams to build, test, and improve products based on user needs and feedback. Additional focus on evaluating, integrating and expanding use of AI to support users in finding the right information they need at the right time within MongoDB resources as well as with external answer engines/LLL models.

We partner to imagine and operationalize learning that’s effective, engaging, and relevant in a world where AI is already part of kids’ lives. We build resources that help kids and families think with AI — not let AI replace their thinking.
Led innovation in digital learning at Northeastern University. We created products to engage professionals and students in experiential, networked, and lifelong learning of digital skills through online and hybrid learning experiences in partnership with Northeastern's colleges and regional campuses.
Led the effort at Level Education, a Northeastern-supported educational program focused on high demand technical skills in data analytics, cloud computing, and internet of things. We worked to re-imagine and design learning product that supported people in reaching their personal and professional goals at any point in their lives. Level offered full-time immersive, part-time hybrid, and virtual products.
Lead the effort to design and operationalize the real world-based curriculum and instruction of the High Meadows Graduate School of Teaching and Learning, an innovative teacher education program for science and math teachers, in partnership with MIT.
