About

Strategic Marketing and Communications Lead with 8+ years’ experience delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across corporate, consultancy, and purpose-driven organisations. I’m known for embedding quickly, taking full ownership, and building marketing strategies, systems, and campaigns that drive clarity, growth, and long-term impact. My work spans brand, growth marketing, PR, and stakeholder communications, with experience leading end-to-end initiatives from insight and positioning through to execution and metrics/performance analysis. I’ve delivered integrated campaigns that have secured national and regional media coverage, strengthened brand credibility, and driven significant engagement, including a 2,000%+ increase in social reach at CBRE, while operating as a sole or senior marketing lead in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. I have successfully managed and delivered large-scale campaigns from concept to completion, including A Season to Breathe, a multi-week wellbeing and awareness campaign designed to drive sustained engagement through accessible content, storytelling, and community connection. My approach combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, ensuring campaigns are not only creative and purposeful but create lasting impact. My core strengths include: - Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging that drives trust and conversion - End-to-end campaign planning, delivery, and optimisation - Growth-focused storytelling, content, and PR - Stakeholder engagement and internal communications that enable alignment - Data-informed decision making, experimentation, and performance tracking - Building repeatable marketing systems that scale beyond individual campaigns

  • CBRE (Full-time · 1 yr 7 mos)
    • Community Manager
      Jul 2022 - May 2023 · 11 mos

Overseeing all placemaking and marketing advisory services for clients based in London and the south of the U.K. From The Yards in Covent Garden, Barking Riverside, Tunsgate Quarter (Guildford) and Milton Park (Oxfordshire), the management of day-to-day marketing and activations of these sites makes for a varied role with a high level of responsibility.

    • Community Coordinator
      Nov 2021 - Jul 2022 · 9 mos

This role has included developing strong relationships with our client team, occupiers and internal suppliers to develop a strategy that uses Host to effectively communicate and engage all stakeholders via activations, articles, news/updates and partnership offerings. · I have single-handedly devised a strategy to launch Host (a new building app) to 20 Fenchurch Street’s 6500 occupiers. This involved creating a content plan for the next twelve months containing articles of interest to our occupiers, building a stronger and more consistent brand for the building, filling the app with content which would be of interest to our customer base and working with internal partners including our F&B vendor (Rhubarb) to maximise building revenue. · Reaching out to local businesses and creating partnerships with brands such as Bob Bob Ricard, Bill’s Restaurants, GymBox, BoomCycle, Hello Fresh, the Self Space, Hawes & Curtis and Freddie’s Florist. Each is offering a current and unique benefit to our customer base (discounts, priority reservations and such). These partnerships have also created activations to engage our target audience, further creating a sense of community. · One key accomplishment within this role was pitching the idea of an Easter 2022 event for children in the Sky Garden which was then approved by the Landlord. I designed artwork, and managed and executed this event over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Over 15,400 visitors attended and 613 children completed competition entries.
