With over six years of experience in digital marketing advertising and promotions as a Sr. Promotions Project Manager and team lead, my sole purpose was to manage campaigns to best show off our clients. I managed complex and high-impact projects for clients, giants in the automotive industry, delivering early, and on brand. ● Lead, own, and execute the creative plans for the digital lead generation campaigns supporting the monthly Go-To-Market for General Motors (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC & Cadillac). Responsibilities include building project schedules, clearly communicating GTM campaign goals with all cross functional partners, and managing client approvals to ensure that the presentation of ad content aligns incentive messaging with the larger brand story, that in the end the product represents customer success. ● Utilize strong cross-team communication and time-management skills to coordinate the creation and prompt implementation of branded landing pages on dealer sites, display ads, social media, promotional emails, ad copy, and all other creative assets across thousands of GM dealer websites, advertising new offers and events. ● To be proactive, rather than reactive, I partner closely with product development, strategy, and design teams to identify and implement improvements on GM dealer websites to create optimal shopping and product experiences for customers. Track and analyze results to ensure decisions are impactful and results-driven. ● Outside of traditional automotive scope, I was tapped as team SME (subject matter expert) to support the newly won Jiffy Lube account. Responsibilities include setting up monthly promotional campaigns for all online retail sites, managing budget and incentives, tracking ad performance, and building monthly reporting decks. Forecast budgets and provide in-flight optimizations recommendations based on performance analysis.
● Managed programmatic paid search ads, keyword planning, retargeting, display ads, emails, and social advertising across import automotive accounts (BMW, MINI, Mazda, Lexus, Hyundai, GM) ● Launched, strategized, and optimized national advertising to effectively maximize our OEM’s digital campaign investment, including search ads through all major search engines (Bing, Google and Yahoo - all required separate professional certification). ● Managed all media budgets for national OEM programs via Tableau to ensure accurate forecasting and media buys through vendor partners. Built monthly spend and performance reports for executive review and approval. ● Utilized strong attention to detail to screen and ensure all advertising was compliant and strictly followed each brand’s design guidelines. ● Conducted A/B testing and bid optimizations across all digital advertising to test content and branding appeal with the goal of increasing traffic to dealers’ sites and supporting larger campaign KPIs. ● Analyzed and interpreted data insights to translate campaign performance to effectively present findings to the client, strategize new optimization opportunities, and make comparisons from existing market trends.
