I’m a law school career advisor, higher education administrator, and professional coach who has helped thousands of people define their dreams and attain their goals over the last nearly 30 years. At Yale Law School, where I serve as the Director of Private Practice & Coaching, I counsel students interested in all areas of practice, especially those drawn to working in the private sector. I also serve as YLS's point of contact for law firms worldwide, aiding them in connecting with our students and alumni. As an ICF-certified coach (PCC), I coach individuals and small groups at YLS and through my private practice. By applying the concepts from the "Designing Your Life" book series, the Co-Active Training Institute, the MBTI, CliftonStrengths, and VIA Character Strengths, I aid others in living the fulfilling lives they seek.
