I lead cybersecurity transformation initiatives focused on turning security capabilities into scalable, measurable enterprise products and platforms. My background spans security product management, platform strategy, developer and infrastructure security, endpoint security, detection and response, identity, data protection, and secure software delivery across large-scale enterprise environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and executive leadership teams to simplify complex ecosystems, reduce operational friction, and improve the scalability and effectiveness of security programs in highly distributed environments.
Lead the Information Security Product organization responsible for defining and operationalizing security capabilities as scalable enterprise products across a global digital infrastructure environment. Drive platform strategy, product operating models, roadmap alignment, stakeholder governance, and service maturity across core security domains including identity and privileged access management, data protection, cloud and infrastructure security, detection and response, and secure software delivery. Partner across Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, and executive leadership to modernize and simplify the security ecosystem by standardizing and centralizing security platforms.
Led product strategy and execution for Capital One’s endpoint and developer platform security portfolio, securing access and software workflows for 100,000+ users in a highly regulated enterprise environment. Scope extended beyond traditional endpoint controls to include developer platforms, session-layer security, and identity-aware access paths central to modern DevSecOps workflows. Key initiatives included securing cloud development environments, IDEs, browser extensions, and privileged sessions, implementing policy-driven controls that reduced software supply chain and session-layer risk without degrading developer velocity. Drove a shift from passive endpoint enforcement to dynamic, identity- and posture-aware authorization, enabling fine-grained access decisions tied to device state, user identity, and application context.
Led product security strategy and go-to-market readiness for Capital One Software, the company’s first commercial B2B SaaS division. Owned security outcomes across product architecture, compliance enablement, and customer trust for platforms serving regulated enterprise buyers. Defined the product security reference architecture for flagship offerings, including a vaultless tokenization platform, ensuring sensitive data could be built, delivered, and operated with strong integrity guarantees across the software lifecycle. Partnered closely with engineering and product leadership to embed security as a platform capability rather than a post-hoc control function.
Managed the AWS strategic partnership within the Cloud Security division, taking the lead in incubating AWS partner solutions specifically tailored for the highly regulated industry market segment. Spearheaded go-to-market efforts for federal, state, and local government sectors. In key client strategic pursuits, drove solution architecture development across internal capabilities to ensure alignment with customer requirements and ensure successful sales closures.
Spearheaded the growth of Booz Allen's cloud security services portfolio by aligning offerings with market demand. Developed go-to-market strategies in collaboration with account and offering teams, enhancing market segmentation. Led complex consulting engagements, overseeing pre-sale negotiations and budget management to maximize revenue.
Oversaw delivery of niche consulting services for large-scale cyber program transformations at Accenture. Led teams in deploying core security technologies for global organizations, enhancing compliance with NYDFS, FFIEC, and GDPR. Developed tailored controls frameworks and metrics programs to demonstrate business risk trends for leadership and board members.
