Led the successful delivery of the Fixed Income Programme within Data & Analytics for 2 years. Managed multiple projects, in parallel, with a combined annual budget of £4.5 M, to meet key business and resiliency objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Co-ordinated multiple internal and external (3rd Party) collaborators to deliver the FI book of work, whilst identifying and managing risk, issues, and dependencies. - Collaborated with Business Team (Project Sponsors and Product Managers) to define project objectives, timelines, and success criteria, as part of annual investment planning process. - Chaired senior stakeholder meetings to present project status, communicate risks, and drive informed decision making, as part of established project governance structure. - Owned budget management across the FI book of work, including: resource forecasting, tracking project budget and working directly with the finance team / technology stakeholders to resolve issues. Key Achievements: - Co-ordinated the migration of an Important Business Service (IBS), for the Municipal Bonds Business, via iterative releases. Resulting in the completion of a complex, 4-year technology resiliency project and enabling client teams to onboard 800+ users to the new platform in the first 6 months post initial release. - Fostered cross-functional, global collaboration between Fixed Income Business and Technology teams that resulted in improved product requirements documentation, delegation of project tasks and pro-active risk management. Driving a 57% increase in end-user feature releases between 2023 and 2024. - Optimised resource allocation and project spend across the programme through communicating and actioning spend analysis findings with Business and Technology stakeholders. Improving transparency and reducing the monthly run rate of one project by 78% over 6 months.

Identifying timeline issues early resulted in pivoting architectural design, reducing the project duration from 2+ years to 9 months and cutting costs from £1.2 M to under £75 K.
