Tenpela is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead C# Developer who is creative and likes to think outside the box. You will be joining an innovative and dynamic team working on the further development of a cutting-edge software application designed to handle complex metadata management and system migration challenges. Your primary focus will be to develop a novel data driven UI/UX and a robust translation engine/layer, in addition to optimising the performance of our MetaMind engine to ensure speed and efficiency. • Lead the design and development of the translation engine/layer for the MetaMind engine using C# .NET. • Develop an intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX that effectively translates user requirements into the lower-level configuration language of MetaMind. • Optimise the performance of the MetaMind engine, leveraging .NET Core framework and investigating further avenues for improvements such as optimising data structures, implementing new caching mechanisms, parallelising computations, and leveraging distributed computing technologies. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality code. • Conduct thorough testing and benchmarking to validate the effectiveness of performance optimisations. • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
