I am a forward thinking HR Director that believes HR should work at enhancing a company rather than hindering. I have over 30 years of Senior HR experience working in positions all over the globe. My skills and experience include but are not limited too, all aspects of employment law, TUPE, harassment and discrimination, disciplinary actions, recruitment, restructuring and day to day running of HR. I have worked at the most senior level of a number of organisations and on many occasions have sat on the board of directors advising and implementing strategic HR requirements. I believe that HR should be an innovative partner to an organisation, enhancing both the profit and work force by delivering a common sense approach to the HR needs of a business. I have a wide variety of Generalist HR experience but worth very much on the hand's on approach and believe that HR should be at the forefront of the business and not some remote payroll division.

Epanoptes was set up by the former Head of Risk for RBS to create and deliver complex AB&C and Expenses solutions to protect businesses from the stringent regulations presently in place. My responsibilities for Epanoptes include but are not limited to creating and implementing HR solutions to be delivered into organisations of any size.
Bangkok Expat Services is an organisation working to support large businesses employing expats within Thailand. I ran the HR function within this organisation supporting the expat requirements from home-base to and all the HR requirements therein.
