I hold a PhD in New Testament from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. My dissertation is entitled "'Hearing the Voice of the Bridegroom': A Johannine Nuptial Christology for the 21st Century," directed by Prof. Michael Cover, PhD. I worked as a tutorial instructor for a seminar on the Gospel of John at St. Patrick's Pontifical University of Maynooth, Ireland, have two years' experience as instructor of record teaching theology to undergraduates at Marquette, and also work as a freelance German-English theological translator. I hold both a Licentiate and a Masters in Sacred Theology (International Theological Institute in Trumau, Austria), as well as a Bachelor of Science in German Language, Literature, and Culture (Central Michigan University). I also studied as a guest student at the Theologisch-Philosophische Hochschule Sankt Georgen (Frankfurt, Germany, 2014-2015) and the Pädagogische Hochschule Karlsruhe (Karlsruhe, Germany, 2012-2013).
