I am the main department contact for Veterinary Clinical Science faculty members, staff, and locums. I also coordinate interviewee's itineraries, and book travel arrangements. Once new faculty and staff members are hired I will assist with their on-boarding process.
In this position I managed annual inventory within the department, was the department contact for faculty, staff, and house officers regarding annual leave, and served as the visitor and Personalized Learning Experience contact. Additionally, I tracked year IV student absences and grades.
