Who am I? I am currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition for FARO Technologies. I have 18 years of HR & Talent Acquisition experience and a Master's degree in Business Management. I've been with FARO for 13 years in Talent Management, Human Resource Operations, and Recruiting roles. It is exciting to be part of FARO’s upward movement and growth. The Talent Acquisition team has been a critical part of that growth -- sourcing and finding the brilliant minds that design, develop and sell FARO equipment all over the world.
Leader of FARO’s global recruiting team during a time of significant and rapid growth. Developed and implemented talent strategies to identify and attract the best candidates to the Company. Achieved aggressive corporate goals to grow technical sales and engineering headcount by using a scalable recruiting model to build a strong applicant pipeline and to attract passive candidates. Established FARO's first global internship program and New Graduate Development program to create a pipeline for engineering talent and technical sales talent. Responsible for creating STEM scholarships and global initiatives to support ESG programs.

Led a team of up to seven Human Resource and recruiting professionals responsible for HR for our teams at our Corporate HQ, field sales and operations across the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil.
I graduated from UCF with a Masters in Business Administration in December 2007.
This was a fun job. At this time, Book Fairs was growing rapidly and adding to their executive, management and corporate teams. I managed recruiting for this growth -- handling all aspects of the recruitment cycle -- advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding. To track all of the candidates generated by the new advertising, I built a custom ATS in Access; developed interview guides to address job competencies; and created a New Hire Orientation program that was rolled out to 45+ offices nationwide. Supervised one assistant.
Hired senior level sales and marketing talent as well as multiple hardware and software engineers for ECI's domestic location in Florida.
