      My previous role till February 2013 was at Hewlett-Packard, on their global SAP procurement service desk. Duties included taking calls from EMEA sites, assessing incoming issues regarding for example invoices that were blocked in the system or missing, vendors that had not yet been paid, and general queries about payment statuses. I also escalated 2nd and 3rd level issues to Accenture for issues regarding for example batch jobs that had not run, or data that had not been captured, where Autobank payments had not been made, or sales data interface issues.
