Currently I am a Junior at Southern New Hampshire University. I am working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I work part-time as a Tanning Consultant at Sun Tan City New England and I work as a Delivery Driver with DoorDash. I am fascinated with Entrepreneurship and the stamina that is needed to succeed. For my future career, I would like to become a Real Estate Agent. My top five strengths are Discipline, Focus, Responsibility, Communication, and Woo (Woo meaning winning others over). I am ready to network and look into my interest of becoming a Real Estate Agent even further.
Multitasked cleaning tanning beds, tanning recommendations for clients, and placing over 50 clients in beds within one hour. Took online video classes to learn about healthy tanning to earn my tanning certification. Resolved conflict in person and over the phone to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sold over $500 of product in an 8 hour shift to ensure clients are receiving their best tan and to meet company numbers and expectations.
Drove for 3-8 hours per shift to ensure that my self-requirement of 10-20 orders was met. Completed deliveries in a timely manner to keep food protected and servable. Received and completed two orders within 30 minutes at least one time every shift. Organized a schedule to complement my other jobs at Sun Tan City and Friendly’s. Maintained COVID-19 protocols to product customers and ensure safe deliveries.
Greeted customers with a warm smile and guided them to their seats to begin a positive restaurant experience. Memorized over 30 menu items in order to recommend food items that are personalized to the customers preferences. Served breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 5+ tables in a timely manner. Resolved conflict within customers and coworkers resulting in satisfaction from everyone.
