Having started my career as a qualified teacher, I pivoted into coaching and training adults and now have over 15 years of experience working with groups, individuals and international organisations. In my current role, I design, coordinate and facilitate learning through essential programme training, train-the-trainer courses and refresher training sessions to enable the effective implementation of four programmes by UK and international organisations to support children’s mental health and wellbeing. I have now trained over 1,000 UK teachers at over 250 organisations and supported more than 22,500 children through the programmes. Through delivering train-the-trainer courses, I help clients to develop the skills and confidence to provide training and internal support to peers. I organise and deliver bespoke training and provide ongoing support to organisations in Brazil, Kenya, Korea, St Maarten, Cayman, Poland, Ukraine and Singapore. I have a genuine passion for delivering effective training sessions and creating engaging resources that explain concepts clearly and offer measurable value. I was promoted to Project Manager in 2021 and took the lead on key projects, creating bespoke sessions and training for schools in deprived areas of London and Young Carers Services. I have recently taken the lead on a project supporting organisations using our programme for Special Schools. In my role at Weight Watchers, I designed and presented a programme of weekly workshops at eight locations, engaging and inspiring over 200 members and 27 members (11%) reached their goal weight. In my teaching roles, I taught French, German, PSHE and Citizenship, my teaching was repeatedly graded ‘Outstanding` and students achieved GCSE German results above the national average
