I am an alumni of Clarkson University where I graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science & Policy with minors in Biology and Project Management. Since graduation, I have expanded my knowledge and skill set in the world of environmental science, compliance, and permitting.
Work with Planning, Permitting, & Licensing team to conduct pre and post construction surveys, construction monitoring, and prepare monitoring reports. Work with construction crews and contractors to maintain compliance with permits and regulation on renewable energy and transmission line projects, while assuring that all erosion and sedimentation control measures are installed and maintained. Conduct SWPPP inspections and write SWPPP reports.
Assist with professor's research on Environmental DNA metabarcoding to discover the presence or absence of species in water samples from Willow Lake, Arizona. Blasted 300 genetic sequences using NCBI Blast and the GenBank Database to determine which vertebrates were detected in the samples. Compared results of waterfowl point counts with those identified in the eDNA samples.

Engage with a diverse team to lead activities, research, and constructive dialogue with freshmen. Lead discussions focused on academic, personal, and professional development. Instruct the class of freshman and peer mentors.
Help the graduate teaching assistant instruct the lab. Guide the lab students by clarifying procedures and answering questions. Clean and organize lab space before and after lab sessions. Grade and provide feedback on post-lab assignments and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of students taking exams and detailed exam records. Uphold the highest degree of academic integrity and report violations. Provide clear instructions for students.
