• Supervise cast and crew of large scale, multi-venue performance space. • Oversee rehearsal process and maintain accurate notes and timing to be typed and distributed to technical crew and production coordinator • Act as first responder to all actor emergencies due to injury, weather conditions, dehydration, illness, or fatigue. Maintain incident reports for each occasion. • Distribute and enforce all direction from Entertainment Director in her absence • Manual labor and facilities maintenance as necessary for ten stages located on the festival site
• Facilitate implementation of new Facilities Management software campus-wide • Schedule and administer training to all users of the software (customers, facilities staff, shop employees, etc) • Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedures related to business processes effected by the software • Facilitate financial transactions through the AiM software in connection with Peoplesoft software • Create and maintain security and all user accounts and roles for the software
• All basic administrative duties (intake and process phone calls, data entry, filing, provide costumer service for over twenty different client companies and walk-in mortgage debtors) • Utilize Microsoft Office software in conjunction with three web-based client database sites to process and maintain accurate real-time information. • Run and Maintain reports and other classified information for firm executives • Facilities management and contractor coordination for the seven story office building • Supervise the functions of the firm communications department
