I am a Licensed Social Worker with 15+ years of experience and a Certified Trainer & Facilitator, dedicated to empowering vulnerable individuals and communities. My expertise includes supporting victims of torture, families of enforced disappearances, survivors of human rights violations, and individuals with disabilities, with extensive work across child protection, gender, community development, rehabilitation, and women’s empowerment. I specialize in the design and delivery of capacity-building programs in human rights, protection, and social development, including Training of Trainers (TOT) and professional development initiatives. I also bring strong experience in relocation processes and intercultural mediation, particularly within French contexts. I am deeply committed to social justice, human rights, and mental health advocacy, striving to create inclusive and sustainable pathways for individuals and families to thrive.
I am acting as the BRIDGE Center Coordinator for Capacity Building at the Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH), serving as the focal point between CLDH and external stakeholders requesting capacity-building services, including security agencies, governmental institutions, universities, and civil society organizations. I coordinate training and capacity-building initiatives, assess learning needs, facilitate partnerships, and support the design and delivery of high-quality learning interventions. In parallel, I serve as an Intercultural Mediator within the French Humanitarian Corridors Program, providing comprehensive support to beneficiaries throughout the relocation process. My responsibilities include conducting assessments of beneficiaries' needs and circumstances, preparing individuals and families for consular interviews, providing continuous follow-up and guidance throughout the relocation pathway, and ensuring beneficiaries are well-informed about each stage of the process. I also coordinate pre-departure arrangements with relevant stakeholders, including the Lebanese General Security Office (GSO), airport security authorities, humanitarian partners, and receiving organizations, to facilitate a smooth, safe, and dignified departure and relocation experience.
