⦁ Setting out foundation, pile cap, beam, starter bars, walls, internal and external drainage, pop up and randon, foul and storm manholes also watermain, boxes and sluice valves, ducts for service (ESB, Virgin media, traffic control). ⦁ Setting out the foundation for lift base and stairs core for pre-cast and providing levels for top of blinding, top of concrete, invert level for pop ups. ⦁ Surveying and making report daily as built in AutoCAD and pictures. ⦁ Reporting directly to the Project Manager. ⦁ Experience with Leica Robotic Total Station, importing and exporting drawings, generating coordinates.
⦁ Responsible for setting out with Leica Total Station and GPS, providing levels with laser level. Closing/locking the site all doors, gates, hosti (lift), making sure all area is safe and clean ⦁ Responsible for supervising subcontractor and coordinate the work. ⦁ Responsible for landscape area as a Structure Manager. ⦁ Responsible for two civil engineering interns, teaching and monitoring on site, also giving them tasks and checking if it was done as requested. ⦁ Making progress report daily with as built and pictures and updating it on PlanGrid and Procore
⦁ Responsible for setting out the pipes, manholes, set up the levels for excavation, calculation. ⦁ Responsible for supervising team and coordinate the work. ⦁ Responsible for check all designs if there is clash detection. ⦁ Providing induction, documents to Safety Health, talk box, SSWP, dig form permit and other documents.
