•Responsible for accelerating Iron Mountain's cloud transformation and improving employee productivity and user experience securely at anytime and from anywhere. In addition, responsible for region build, core platform services, security, operations, and support for Global Switch Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
•Responsible for all core infrastructure engineering and support services and the 24x7 operations of eCommerce platforms with a strong focus on quality of service, time to market, scale and operational efficiency •Infrastructure Engineering responsibilities for the enterprise including full lifecycle management of network, compute, storage, configuration management including stores, clubs and distribution centers.
•Lead and managed a growing technical team of talented infrastructure engineers responsible for the design, planning, engineering, implementation, and support of the global network, telecommunications and data center infrastructure •Experience with integrating infrastructure services for several key mergers and acquisitions resulting in successful consolidation and cost reduction •Responsible for the overall telecommunications and network infrastructure financial planning and budgeting
