Responsible for Kitchen, Floor Care and Air Categories for Iberia at Philips Domestic Appliances. Ensure that the marketing strategies coming from the BG are implemented according to the market needs in Spain and Portugal. Iberia Sales and Margin supervision and follow up of P&L at Europe level A&P strategy and Local Marketing Activation Plan.

Responsible for demand planning of DA (Kitchen Appliances, Floor Care and Garment Care) and Coffee (Beverages Appliances and Espresso Domestic) Forecast accuracy (APO system and GPT) Phase in/Phase out and product master data maintenance in SAP KPI reporting (excess stock; CSL; backorders,...) Team work with Marketing, Sales,and Operations Departments (SIOP process)
