Elisa Saunders was born and raised in South Florida and holds a BA in Communication from Florida Atlantic University. Elisa worked for over 5 years at Fortune 500 companies in large sales roles. After spending 14 years as a 9th-grade English teacher, she transitioned into the addiction and mental health field, motivated by her personal recovery journey to Business Development. Sober since September 19, 2011, Elisa's commitment to service and helping others has been unwavering. Her dedication was recognized in 2013–2014 when she was named one of Palm Beach’s Finest Women of the Year for Cystic Fibrosis, raising substantial funds for the organization. As a founding member of Women Empowering Women Palm Beach, she aided young women in recovery with college expenses. Currently, Elisa serves on the advisory board of Miriam’s House and co-leads the SFV Women in Addiction Treatment chapter. She was also on the event planning committee for Hav A Sol fundraiser for 2024 and 2025 Fire Relief in LA. Elisa has also been recognized by Influential Women for 2026. I’ll be working closely with providers across the U.S. as we expand, and I’m really looking forward to what’s ahead.
