I work at the intersection of talent, culture, and growth by helping companies scale intentionally without losing the soul of what makes them great! I’ve worked across healthcare, airlines, SaaS, and tech consulting, and I’ve been lucky to touch just about every part of HR: recruiting, onboarding, benefits, internal comms, engagement, performance, and more. That range has given me a front-row seat to what really matters in fast-growing companies: people. I’ve helped scale multiple teams through big milestones, like supporting a successful acquisition, building onboarding for hundreds of employees, doubling a SaaS startup’s headcount, and most recently, helping Stitch grow from 24 to 150+ employees across three countries. I built the recruiting and onboarding engine from scratch. I also led foundational People work, including benefits, internal communications, leave policies, and employee experience programs that support a remote-first, people-first culture. I’ve built systems from the ground up and thrived within structured environments, which gives me the flexibility to meet companies wherever they are in their growth journey. Across my career, I’ve hired at all levels, from early-career roles to executive leadership. I care deeply about making each candidate and new hire experience feel aligned, engaging, and clear. My favorite part of the job is when someone joins and says, “Wow… this feels different.” That’s how I know the systems I’ve built are working. And not just on paper, but in real human experience! Scaling isn’t always easy. But for me, it’s where the fun is. Every new teammate is another person who gets to shape what we’re building together ❤️
When I joined Stitch, I was a team of one with a big task ahead: help us scale. Over the next 2+ years, I've grown the company 5x and had the chance to build many of our “firsts” along the way. I recruited over 100 new Stitchers across every function, ran payroll, and led onboarding sessions that helped new hires feel right at home. I rolled out our very first healthcare benefits package, added bereavement leave and mental health support, and even launched our Canadian entity by standing up payroll systems and benefits that helped us grow quickly in that region. I also introduced structure for the future: job leveling frameworks, pay bands, and success profiles that gave clarity to every career stage. I supported managers in growing their teams, led leadership training, and was the go-to HR partner and sounding board for our senior leaders. Most importantly, I got to build a people experience that made employees feel celebrated and supported while also helping our business succeed. Starting out as a team of one and growing into a leadership role on the senior leadership team was challenging and deeply rewarding. It set the stage for the global Talent team that came to be, made up of passionate experts who created experiences that make our candidates and new Stitchers say, “This feels different!" 🩵
After several years in recruiting, I was hungry to take on the challenge of supporting Levsters through the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, I worked as a strategic partner for our leaders to support our Levsters and create the best work environment out there. I also led post-acquisition integration efforts between Lev and Cognizant, aligning people operations, systems, and culture to ensure a seamless transition and sustained business continuity.
Recruiting at Lev was a total adrenaline rush! I specialized in hiring for our most highly credentialed and hard-to-find roles across the Salesforce ecosystem. Think: architects, consultants, and experts who lived and breathed Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, CDP, Pardot, and Datorama. These were brilliant, in-demand experts. Helping them find a home at Lev was one of my favorite challenges! Consulting moves fast, and the people doing the work deserve a company that supports them just as quickly. Lev created that environment, and I loved being the person who got to introduce candidates to #Levlife with genuine confidence. One of the most rewarding chapters for me was helping scale the team during a period of intense growth in which I personally hired 100 new Levsters in a single year while also hiring, training, and mentoring the recruiters and talent coordinators who joined our team. It was a mix of strategy, storytelling, and people leadership that pushed me in all the right ways.
When I first learned about how Lev generates its own Salesforce talent, I was sold on the #Levlife. I knew this was the company I wanted to bring people into. With its exceptional culture, Lev looked so dreamy from the outside. It made me giddy when I got in and saw that all of the things that attracted me to Lev were real and true on the inside. I started out as the only dedicated recruiter. I was responsible for all of our client facing roles, from Sales to Delivery. I helped Lev reach over 200 Levsters in 2020. While we accomplished a lot in 2020, including announcing our acquisition with Cognizant, we still had big dreams and we needed more Levsters on our Talent team to help reach them. I recruited and trained our first Talent Coordinator, along with our second Senior Recruiter.
Axia TP had just transformed their business model when I arrived from being a communications company to becoming a full-service IT MSP. This was my first exposure to recruiting for IT Services and I LOVED it. I was the company's first dedicated recruiter and I drove the recruiting strategy. I acted as a talent consultant to the company's CEO. I did this while also supporting Axia TP's sister company, Kerauno. Between the two companies, I saved them over $300,000 in recruiting fees in under 1 year.
My time at Kerauno felt like 10 years of experience compacted into under a year. I joined this fast-growing startup as the very first and only dedicated recruiter. Reporting to the Chief of Legal, I single handedly drove the recruiting and compensation strategy. I implemented an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, established the first formal recruiting practices, and conducted interview training. I acted as a consultant to our c-level executives and cofounders, made headcount decisions, and provided advice when needed. I did all of this while performing the same duties for Kerauno's sister company, AxiaTP.
