Three-year international development program rotating through different global HR projects, cross-functional teams and international assignments: Year 1: HR strategy at HR Europe & Indonesia Part of the European HR Team. In this role, I drove initiatives to design, deliver and support the Thriving People strategy implementation across our Europe & Indonesia region. Year 2: HR Strategy at Food Lion (United States) International assignment within the HR Strategy team at Food Lion. In this role, I worked on HR Operations and HR Investigations to ensure compliant day‑to‑day store operations, conducting investigations into complaints, incidents and potential policy violations. In addition, I led the SM succession planning process across ~1,100 stores and supported a transition from a centralized to a regional operating model as the PMO. Year 3: AD Global Mechanization Part of the Group Focus Area (GFA) Mechanization team that drives automation and mechanization projects across our great local brands. In this role, I focused on bridging people and technology with a future‑proof talent strategy and initiatives that strengthen cross‑brand capabilities.
1-year assignment at the Administrative Shared Service Center. In my role, I focused on optimizing servicelevels and delivering a better experience for students and staff. I focused on initiatives to improve service-delivery, customer experience and positioning. I also supported leadership with reports, change projects and internal communication.
Organizing a three-day event with six large strategy consultancy companies and 24 top students from all over the Netherlands. Responsible for the entire organization of the event and contact with all partners.
