Oversee, develop, and coordinate the implementation of SAUSD’s Family and Community Engagement (FACE) practices across all 54 primary and secondary sites. Develop relationships with a team of district leaders to develop an integrated wellness coordinated care team. Coordinate professional development in the practice of FACE, building relational trust, multi-tiered systems of support, asset-based practices, cultural wealth, and resources to support the whole child. Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of over 50 staff members. Collaborate closely with school site leaders and FACE Liaisons to review asset and needs assessments and to develop targeted family engagement goals and strategies for each school.
