I’ve grown the team from scratch to 15+ people and helped drive our strategy as part of the executive committee. And yes, we’ve proven that marketing can impact EBITDA by making every euro work harder, focusing on ROI, and scaling what works. As executive sponsor for automation & AI at Skello, I also act as our internal AI trainer. My mission: empower all teams to adopt AI, automation, and no-code tools in their daily work. I lead internal trainings on: - Adopting AI: Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Gemini, n8n for everyday productivity - Identifying high-impact use cases across teams - Building and scaling solutions The result? Some teams have seen up to +40% productivity gains thanks to AI-driven process improvements. Previously, at MyBestPro (Vivendi Village), I led Growth & Demand Gen for 4 years focusing on B2B lead generation, demand capture, and Sales-Marketing alignment. I also bring experience from The Family, where I immersed myself in startup growth dynamics and from Le Wagon, where I developed a no-code mindset that helps me bridge marketing, tech & ops without breaking stuff (well, most of the time).
