• Fully responsible for Financial reliability and accuracy in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP accounting and reporting. • Analyses financial reporting package and financial KPI. Prepare analysis for region and group controlling. Defines corrective action plans. Ensure consistent, timely and accurate reporting of country figures. Fully support operation manger with business information as required. • Full ownership and accountability on compliance aspects in the Country finance community: Independent behavior, fully apply Group & Country’s legal compliance rules, capable to detect and to report in real time any compliance issue, able to organize/implement permanent controls and to reinforce the compliance culture and to implement a robust compliance environment. • Ensure country KPIs are met, such as DSO, ITO, and other ad hoc projects, eg. Cost saving, forecasting, and Fast Close efforts. • Implement tax strategies, Is in charge of all legal and tax aspects of the organization. • Optimizes Cash movement in coordination with region with a view to accelerate cash flow toward group (target minimum balance in the field). • Act a relay in the field of insurance (incl. group policy and local policy) • Support HQ/Group/Region on special projects and future developments (eg. Process improvements and switch US GAAP to IFRS) • Support and work closely with the region controlling team, Legal and business process/ Internal audit function. • Management of the finance team (appraisals, training plans, and coaching) and resource planning. • In relation with internal auditors liaise/manage external (and/or internal) auditors to comply with both of SOX and periodical audit. The OC is also be the main driver of any remediation efforts. • Positive and hands on attitude in business support, this invariably means ensuring a good balance of FP&A, Legal/accounting knowledge and efforts.
