The CHARM fair is one of the largest career fairs in Scandinavia, organized by the student committee called CHARMk which consist of three main groups. As the group manager for the Logistics and Service Group, my responsibilities included leading and coaching the group members through the planning, decision making and team building process. During the fair I was the head of operations, overseeing 200 students to ensure proper logistics and service for the companies exhibiting at the event. In addition, I was primarily responsible for the security and safety.
My role as a class representative was to serve as a link between the students in my program year and the study board. The main focus was to adress any issues or potential improvements for each course, as well as for the organization of biotechnology program.
