Hi! I’m a product leader with a strong foundation in design and a passion for connecting user value with business strategy. I focus on building products that make a real difference for users while supporting healthy, long term growth. With experience across product, design, operations, and cross-functional leadership, I thrive in roles where strategy meets execution -> turning insights into direction, and direction into impactful results.
In this role, I lead Equilab’s product strategy, business direction, and day-to-day execution. I work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to define priorities, drive alignment, and deliver products and features that create real value for riders. My responsibilities include product strategy and roadmapping, business and growth planning, cross-functional leadership, operational execution, and owning key metrics related to product performance, user growth, and overall business impact. My focus is on connecting product, users, and business goals to ensure we deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
As a Product and Design Lead at Equilab, I’m responsible for guiding the development and success of the app. Working closely with our cross-functional team, including engineering, design, marketing and stakeholders, I define the product roadmap and prioritize features that align with Equilab's mission and goals. From ideation to launch, I lead the product development process, emphasizing user-centric design and a high-quality user experience.
I manage all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation, to creating seamless UI solutions and validating concepts with users. I lead the design team and work closely together with PM, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure the final design output meets the needs of our users and the business.
I offer private lessons primarily in dressage in the Gothenburg and Kungsbacka area. My focus is to engage riders in becoming better teams with their horses and to help them reach their goals.
For nearly 10 years, I worked as a riding instructor at Gustavsgården's Pony Club. This role has provided me with experience in planning and holding lessons for both beginners and experienced students, as well as fostering a strong sense of customer service. During my studies, this position has been part-time.
As a SEO-copywriter at Brandson, I produced high-quality content writing for several different clients. The goal was to reach top positions in Google's search results.
During the spring of 2017, I was an intern at Valentin&Byhr, now Valentin Experience. I primarily worked as a Junior PR and Social Media Consultant, and also had the opportunity to assist in design projects and planning.
