Full-time assignment as Quality Manager at Saab Surveillance in Gothenburg.

Worked at the purchasing department to ensure capacity changes as products switched to series production. In addition, I also worked on structuring documentation within projects. The work led to secured capacity and the desired structure of the documentation.
The purpose of the master thesis was to develop a customer satisfaction measurement system for EFESO, enabling them to evaluate their performance based on customer satisfaction. The thesis ended up in an Excel tool that measure customer satisfaction.
