Utbildad Arbetsvetarstudent med inriktning på arbetsrätt och ett stort intresse för HR, rekrytering och arbetslivsfrågor. Som ordförande för Arbetsvetarnas studentsällskap vid Göteborgs universitet har jag utvecklat erfarenhet av ledarskap, samordning och att skapa ett professionellt och inkluderande samarbete inom en styrelse. Rollen har stärkt min förmåga att strukturera arbete, ta ansvar och hantera flera parallella arbetsuppgifter i ett högt tempo. Genom HR-praktik och tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet har jag byggt upp kunskaper inom kompetensbaserad rekrytering, HR-administration och samarbete med HR-partners och chefer. Jag trivs i roller där jag får arbeta strukturerat, serviceinriktat och bidra till fungerande processer och goda samarbeten. Mina erfarenheter från både HR och verksamhetsnära arbete har utvecklat min kommunikativa förmåga, mitt ansvarstagande och min förståelse för hur människor och organisationer fungerar tillsammans.

During my second year at the maternity ward, I became more confident and independent in my role while supporting nurses in their daily work and providing service to patients and families at the maternity ward. The experience strengthened my ability to work calmly and professionally in a healthcare environment, while contributing to a supportive and caring atmosphere for both colleagues and patients.
