My research focuses on work design in production contexts, and its implications for motivation and learning. In my research, I use an interdisciplinary approach with a combination of operations management and psychology. • Business Development: Long-term part-time engagement focused on process optimization and operational frameworks. • Executive Advisory: Acted as a strategic partner to the CEO regarding long-term business planning, organizational structure, and decision-making. • Organizational Development: Designed and implemented quality management structures to support company growth.
Concept development of Doula & kulturtolk including geographical expansion, responsible for handbook, start-up meetings, negotiations and support in grant applications.
• Entrepreneurship & Growth: Founded and scaled a retail and e-commerce business within the baby product segment. • Operations & Supply Chain: Directed supply chain activities, purchasing negotiations, and customer relationship management. • Business Strategy: Developed and executed business strategies for growth and profitability.
