My focus is on defining and executing the marketing roadmap, to help accelerate the green energy transition. I lead marketing for Volvo Energy’s energy storage business, with responsibility for marketing strategy, market positioning, channel mgmt, and demand generation. As part of the Sales & Service Management Team, I drive the end-to-end marketing agenda, ensuring alignment between market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities. At Albert I led Customer Engagement from its starting ground, transforming it into a targeted, relevant, and impactful function. Through multiple full-funnel programs, I significantly increased conversions to higher-profit subscription plans, boosted engagement across the customer lifecycle, piloted the company’s first upsell initiatives, and led the consumer insights team to strengthen data-driven decision-making.
