Elina Vale is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning Essence App, which leverages science and AI to create inclusive workplaces and enhance the well-being and performance of menstruating people through cycle-based scheduling. Elina is the former Global Director of Women in Tech, where she worked to empower thousands of women across 93 countries.
Essence is an employee benefits platform that empowers women and people with cycles to thrive in the workplace by optimizing well-being and productivity according to the menstrual cycle.
Examples of projects: - Lead the Women’s Global Mentoring Program that engaged 2,000 mentors and mentees from 93 countries. - Launched an online course on Quality Assurance. More than 18,000 people completed the course. - Was a core member of the cross-cultural organizational team of the world's first 24-hour virtual conference “Women taking up Space” with 200 speakers.
In 2 years I built and led a community of 10,000 members, 80 volunteers, and more than 50,000 events' participants.
