I am passionate about people and problem solving. :) Currently I find myself interested in Microservice Architecture and Big Data, since I didn't have the chance to gain job experience in that field. Keywords: Python .. and a few more: Flask, JavaScript (JQuery) and relevant web knowledge, Agile, C++ (used only for scientific purposes), Decipher (chances that you know it are low, but I am advanced in it).
I was hired as proficient in my field to develop a relation with a new high demanding client. We've started as a small team of only 4 programmers, negotiating processes and programming requirements, and we were able to significantly grow in size since then. On a daily basis I am working on high alert projects, where my expertise is most needed. I am working with the rest of team not only on various projects, but also on their personal development.
At that time I was developing the most complicated and custom pieces of our projects in very short and aggressive time manner. I used to be the go-to person for many technical or logical issues. My main achievement in the company was successfully leading the transition from Net-MR to Decipher platform, which was a key moment for the company growth.
I was programming projects with aggressive timelines, while having all of the project related communication. Our clients were one of the biggest companies and we were responsible for their marketing welfare. The web platform we were using was rapidly evolving, so we were doing our best to stay on top and still offer competitive timelines.
