Managing several agile teams in a distributed group consisting of 20 developers and testers. Looking out for the members of my team, making sure that they have what they need to grow and do a great job. Facilitating the way to component teams with a devops mindset. My responsibilities included managing the operations team working with infrastructure as code and Azure migration of all our services.

Responsible for supporting and growing my team members, always trying to adapt to each individual and their needs. Making sure that we deliver high quality software by giving everyone the processes, knowledge and tools that they need.
