Over my working years, I now carry a quite wide range of roles in my portfolio, mostly related to the auto industry. Starting out programming a sales tool, I then had several assignments within system design and development working for CapGemini. During my employment with Volvo Cars I have shifted positions when our organization has asked me to do so. This has given me experience in areas such as customer relationship management, purchasing, brand strategy, after market, and now latest as Scrum Master within research and development. I am outgoing and easy to approach. Strenghts finder tool sets my top themes to be responsibility, communication, analytical, achiever, and arranger. I am not afraid to try new things, however I do like to explore what hinders there might be on the road, so as to overcome them and not be stopped by them. For me, the solution to a problem often lies in exploring the problem :-)
