Gothenburg, Västra Götaland County, Sweden
I am a PhD student in Medical Science at the University of Gothenburg, working in the Guibentif research group at the Sahlgrenska Center for Cancer Research and the Institute of Biomedicine, Sahlgrenska Academy. My research focuses on developmental hematopoiesis using human stem cell models, with a strong emphasis on computational biology and single-cell RNA sequencing analysis. I have a background in Biotechnology (MSc, Chalmers University of Technology) and a passion for understanding human development, stem cell biology, and the computational interpretation of complex biological data. My long-term goal is to contribute to advancing stem cell technologies, combining experimental insight with computational approaches. In the future, I also aspire to transition into the life science industry, working as a bioinformatics scientist or in a similar role where I can apply my skills at the intersection of biology and data science.
Cell fate benchmarking of in vitro models of human development and disease. The Guibentif Group at the Sahlgrenska Center for Cancer Research and the Institute of Biomedicine, Sahlgrenska Academy at the University of Gothenburg.
