- Responsible for the public relations of CYBERBIZ, including distributing press releases, and organizing the annual media gathering. (The annual media gathering held on 2024 Apr. attracted 15 journalists to join and gained 35 media exposures.) - Responsible for writing use cases and e-commerce related articles that post on CYBERBIZ's blog. - Assist in improving the ranking of CYBERBIZ's website by uploading high quality contents and utilizing SEO strategies. The ranking of two target keywords have improved and the website traffic has increased after I joined CYBERBIZ and is still improving. - Responsible for social media management(mainly focused on Facebook) by sharing blog posts, pictures and short videos.
- Responsible for the public relations of the SYSTEX group, to dig the news highlights and ensure the consistency of content delivery. - Responsible for writing the press release, media relations maintenance, and PR crisis management. - Plan and execute the CSR program of SYSTEX group, mainly focused on the software talents cultivation program called Young Turing Program(YTP), helping the company to implement the ESG goal. YTP is an annual program, with nearly 300 students attending the biggest event of a year. - Responsible for the Content Management of the owned media, including the use cases, the copywriting of landing pages, and the copywriting of Facebook/LinkedIn posts. - Plan and execute the image film making, including the concept idea and the communication with the vendor and internal. - Work on the Official website(wordpress) of SYSTEX, including the pages of "Corporate sustainability" and landing pages, as well as the layout and content of YTP official website.
- Plan and execute corporate-level media activities, including the annual reading report, the annual writers' forums, and media events for new open stores (including Eslite R79, Eslite Nanxi Store, and Eslite Life Hualien Store). - Responsibile for the public relations and brand image of the Eslite Bookstore and Eslite Exhibition. - Responsible for media advertising resource exchange negotiation and content implementation, media relationship management, media news monitoring, and PR crisis management.
- Research, write, and edit content with an emphasis on cross-industry trends in a digital platform - Lead and execute the media strategies in order to improve company branding - Manage content marketing materials, including publications, catalogs, direct marketing, and articles - Interview and invite industry experts to cross-industries speaker series - Support the execution of the biggest cross-industries weekly events in Taiwan - Establish and maintain relations with professional speakers - Monitor and update social media platforms
- Responsible for writing, editing and producing monthly business magazines with main focuses on career, human resource management, business strategy and industry trends - Interviewing industry experts and leaders on certain issues such as human resource management and business administration - Writing a monthly column on e-publishing topics - Supervising freelance writers and photographers - Responsible for editing and/or publishing newsletters
