I have developed a 360 view of a company with experience from Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT and Business Development and Sales with a genuine interest in business, customer experience and continuous improvements that I bring to everything I do. I’m never the specialist, and have developed in leading people who are, in a style where I highly value trust, engagement and courage.
I’m responsible for growth and profitability of the Industrial Drives segment including the industries of Industrial Gearboxes, Pumps and Compressors, Machine Tools and Industrial Electric motors. The responsibility includes defining the global segment strategy, identify growth opportunities and market trends, setting short and long-term targets and executing upon those through a large global team including sales and application engineers, product line management and development, marketing and communication, manufacturing and customer project managers.
I was leading managers and a total team of 22 people, with the responsibility to continuously manage the strategy development and delivery of about 600 demands and projects. In March 2024 I took on the responsibility for Process Digitalization (ServiceNow) where we digitalize and automate business processes for and together with the Business Areas.
In parallel to the role above, I also held the role as Head of Digital Workplace for a year, being responsible for the global PC delivery to 30 000 SKF users, leading a team of eight with a budget responsibility of 500 MSEK.
I led different projects like improvement of processes and cost savings but also procurement of consultants and IT. My role was often also to build relationships, to make corporate functions and operational business benefit more from each other.
I worked with a large change and cost reduction program within and across the Lantmännen companies. I led international teams of 10-15 people in identifying and realizing improvement opportunities to work more efficiently throughout the value chain.
In teams together with Change Managers (described above) I conducted internal, external and total cost of ownership analysis. I developed strong analytical skills and got a good understanding of the E2E value chain.
