On one hand, I manage and optimize existing partnerships to maximize their effectiveness, constantly generating additional value. On the other hand, I establish new collaborations at the core of business operations while ensuring that strategic or economic leverage is available for both parties, ultimately creating a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. I spearhead open innovation processes, fostering synergy and collaborations with entrepreneurs, incubators, venture capital funds, international investors, technology companies, higher education institutions, and research institutes. This approach addresses the challenges faced by the Israel Electric Corporation with relevant solutions. My role encompasses comprehensive management across all interfaces, both internal and external, to create and implement internal and external innovation.
