During his tenure as a safety professional, he successfully managed a recycling plant and enhanced the competencies of managers and workers through collaborative guidance, targeted training, and on-site improvement initiatives. He possesses a sharp ability to interpret Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and environmental regulations, seamlessly integrating governmental requirements with corporate and international standards. To further broaden his expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and technical safety, Elijah is pursuing a Master of Science in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology at the National University of Singapore (NUS) from January 2025 to December 2026.
