With over 5 years of experience in human resources, I specialize in career advising, vocational counseling, talent acquisition, and HR process management. Currently, I am working as a Career Advisor at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality – Regional Employment Office (Gaziosmanpaşa branch), where I guide job seekers in their career and vocational journeys and develop strategic solutions to facilitate their employment processes. Previously, I worked in the Human Resources Management team at Atasun Optik, gaining experience in recruitment processes, strategic HR planning, and strengthening employee relations. As part of my professional development journey, I actively participated in the İBB Young Talent Program, where I: •Took part in the Miras Avcısı (Heritage Hunter) digital cultural heritage project •Was honored with the titles of “Project Third Place” and “Education Star” within the program All these experiences have taught me how to effectively guide individuals in their career and vocational journeys while also contributing to the development of strategic HR practices that support organizational growth.
