•Directly reporting to both Category Development Manager and National Sales Manager •Managing event, creative, digital and printing agencies by preparing&conducting briefs in line with brand strategy •Working on POP and POS design, production, storage, and distribution process •Creating sales orders within the scope of stock management in SAP •Monthly&annual Product Fixed Marketing Expenditure (PFME) tracking •Executing competitor benchmark projects •Coordination of sales team and ensuring POP demands in timely execution •Coordination and organization of events (exclusively Mövenpick Ice Cream Days HORECA event) •Managing social media platforms (Facebook&Instagram) within the scope of ensuring contents and visuals to be in line with brand identity and KPI tracking on Socialbakers •Maintaining PR with gourmet magazines •Executing PR, PO, GR and IR procurement processes •Market share analyses on Euromonitor •Consolidating monthly sell-out data and contributing to monthly reports sent to global •Managing social media (Facebook&Instagram fan page) contents via communicating briefs to digital agency. Approving/revising of texts and pictures to be posted and leading budget allocation for digital investments •Controlling contents to be edited of Mövenpick Ice Cream Turkey’s official website •Trade visits to HORECA customers
•Communication with creative and printing agencies for designing marketing and sales materials such as catalogues, leaflets, fuel cards, stickers, packaging and in-store displays for related products •Creation of Management Information System (MIS) for field marketing activities •Planning and executing of TAT Antifreeze Campaign, creating its strategy and mechanism, determining products’ shelf prices and ensuring implementation in the field •Attending Tea&Talk sessions with directors and general manager •Being in cooperation with sales teams to ensure distribution of marketing materials •Creating purchase requests in compliance with purchasing department •Making regular field visits and reporting about brand performance, market dynamics, competitor’s performance and their field actions •Ensuring the continuity of lubricants postings on Total Oil Turkey’s Facebook page •Following the annual budgeted expenditure •Supporting the organization of distributors meeting •Monitoring the changing procedures in Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) for label regulations •Consolidation of the customer visit points of merchandising team
